[民谣]苏克雷礁的大海豹精

  
    很久以前和Sera聊起这首民谣时,两人在网上遍寻不见.今天搜另一首民谣的词时居然从一枚歌手个站上唾手得来.
  且美且喜,欣然晒之.这个版本唱得一般,而且这个故事结局太糟糕,太糟糕:这种"我没办法让你幸福你去找更好的人儿吧"的假崇高论调最没劲了.
  不过这生生灭灭,随天顺命,人和精怪自然和谐的调调,还是让俺颇怀念回国时看那本<凯尔特薄暮>...暑假努力打工去爱尔兰吧.T_T
  Extra tips: 逮到精怪的姑娘们,不妨趁他们脱皮变成人形时,赶紧把皮藏起来,就跑不了了,嗯嗯.

Free tips for fellow gluttons!


  在某次被小环姐灌输了
"期末磨枪不吃饭,要吃就吃牛肉面"的想法后,我也开始了凡死线(deadline)压身,就卤牛肉囤积,只吃面条的习惯.

  以前往往很不爽的是,卤完的牛肉固然好吃,但扔到汤面里,出来的总不是外面卖的味儿.这次第一条死线过后,赶紧上网查了查,发现了"外卖牛肉面"的诀窍.

  其实很简单,卤好的牛肉放进汤里前,只要拿红油+豆瓣酱+葱花炒一下,再放入汤面(+高汤+小青菜+/鸡精),加香菜麻油,就可以把面摊小老板的手艺学个八分仿佛.今天一试,吃得俺和同居姑娘嗷嗷叫.

  俺直接买的红油豆瓣,0.75:1配的牛肉.没有现成红油可以自己做.烧热油,下辣椒面炒一会,滤出油来就是.懒得做直接加辣椒面代替红油应该也可以.
  当然这也归功于这次牛肉卤得成功...用蜂蜜替换了糖,用王守义的炖肉包,又自己配了大料和无花果.热水过血热水调汤,突破了以往冷水下锅煮出一坨紧绷绷死牛肉的误区.(<-这还好意思说!)

  又,最近经常在这里爬着,看一群煮妇交流心得.原先觉得这些海漂煮妇用材太费太贵,不过忽略那些贵死的材料,也可以学到一些穷苦人儿适用的技法.
